We just had all of our old windows replaced by Kachina Windows and Doors in Gilbert, and the results are incredible. We went with Pella Impervia windows in black on black, and they completely transformed the look of our home. Cory and Hannah came to my house to take measurements of my broken door and send an estimate to me. Their prices were fair and they didn't try to overcharge me with all kinds of added extras because I told them I just needed a new door because mine had been damaged and I couldn't use it. Their communication with me before installation was great when the door was delayed by the manufacturer. On installation day, Emilio was very professional and knew what he was doing to make sure the door was hung correctly. There was a slight difference in door size vs. what was measured but he was able to cut out drywall to get the frame to fit. The final product looks great! (We painted the frame.) My only suggestion for improvement is to have more consistent response time from initial visit to contract signing to scheduling for installation because I did have to wait several days or repeat inquiries. Texting seemed faster than email or through the portal.

I highly recommend Kachina, had custom made french doors installed, the installation crew came in and expertly installed the doors, it was discovered that the left door latch did not match up with the right. The crew took the door and the next morning, the owner of the company brought and installed the adjusted door, something I did not expect, it was that personal service that I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install basic or custom made doors. I was also given a discount as a veteran

Excellent job. We've had windows replaced on another home and they are great, but Cory's work was even better. Kachina did a better job from window wrapping/flashing(?) to amazing stucco matching, and cleanup. The scheduling from estimate to delivery/install and completion was great. Communication was consistent and billing and order detail was excellent with the online system. HIGHLY recommended from a detailed customer.
